Headliner: Lamont Ferguson
Lamont Ferguson started his comedy career at the ripe age of 17. Having been a highly touted musician throughout high school, it seemed only natural. Lamont’s trumpet playing got him such prestigious gigs as opening band musician for Miss Ella Fitzgerald as well as various Las Vegas performances. Lamont made his first stand-up appearance at the La Jolla Comedy Store and according to him it’s been “one long war of attrition after that.” In the past 20 years he’s played everywhere from Anchorage to Yuma and all letters in between. He’s been honing his craft for all those years.Lamont’s act is constantly evolving, changing with him as he grows. “That’s what makes guys who have been in the business for a long time. The willingness to adapt to a changing society.” That’s what I base my plan on. “
Opener: Steven Tye
You may lean left. You may lean right. Either way, Steven Tye looks decent in soft lighting. When he isn’t busy contributing to various sketch shows or helping write and produce comedy videos, Steven travels all over the Northwest bringing to life his take on the frustrations of daily living. Steven started his comedy career in Portland, OR before spending time in Spokane, WA. He has opened for comics such as Adam Ray, Kelsey Cook, Auggie Smith, B.T., Derek Sheen, and many others. Steven Tye is also fond of butterfingers and food items with butterfingers in them.
