Since 1988, Darryl has performed over 150 shows annually while touring comedy clubs in the US, Canada and the Carribean. His wide range of material appeals to audiences from colleges and casinos to corporate and military functions. He’s received rave reviews from the likes of Playboy, The Village Voice, and Performance Magazine prompting Rolling Stone/MTV critic Kurt Loder to proclaim him….”one of the most savagely gifted writer/performers in the country today.” His comedy material has been showcased on national and regionally syndicated radio shows such as John Boy & Billy, Dr. Demento, XM Satellite Comedy Channel and the National Lampoon Radio Hour.
Opener: Phillip Kopczynski
Phillip Kopczynski was born and raised in the rural woods of eastern WA where going to the big city meant driving 20 miles to the nearest town of 600 people. Married young and having worked in corporate America for 10 years before beginning his comedy career, Phillip has a unique and diverse comic voice. Somewhat of a renaissance man, Phillip has been a juggling instructor, a comic rapper for debutante savant, and spent seven years as a contract performer for inland Northwest’s only full time improve comedy theatre, blue door theatre.
