Dishwasher

Seeking Part Time dishwasher. Must be able to work any shift and have some kitchen experience along with sanitation.

Must have or acquire a food handler’s card within 30 days of employment. Duties include but are not limited to washing dishes, lifting, pulling, twisting, and some prep work is also involved. You will be on your feet at all times.

We are a family owned Fuller Service Hotel. We offer sick pay and food discounts.

Banquet/Catering Manager

Now hiring for a Banquet/Catering Manager

Seeking a knowledgeable individual that has a managerial background in banquet/catering and sales in a hospitality setting. This is a full time salary position that requires on call accessibility day, night and weekends. Applicant qualifications must include basic computer skills, specifically Microsoft office, sales experience, scheduling background and work alongside multiple departments.

Requirements:
• A minimum of three (1) year working in Catering/Hotel/Restaurant Management or related food service field.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must have knowledge of proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards for the food service industry.
• Must have the ability and specialized skills to: plan, organize, and coordinate the work of others; plan numerous events occurring simultaneously and at different locations
• Must have the ability to demonstrate excellent customer service while working with faculty, staff, guests, clients, and co-workers
• TIPs certified preferred

Essential Characteristics:
• Ability to work well with others and able to excel in a team environment
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with others, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to read, write and perform arithmetic calculations at a level appropriate to the duties assigned.
• Able to work independently with little supervision
• Maintain a clean and neat personal appearance

Responsibilities:
This hands-on Supervisor is responsible for scheduling and training the servers and wait staff with an emphasis on customer service
Coordinates staffing, set-up, and break-down for catered events; delegates duties to wait-staff; attends events and ensures customer satisfaction; trains staff to understand the set-up and break-down of all events; reads and interprets menus and banquet event orders to ensure compliance; and completes necessary clean-up responsibilities for each event.
Completes weekly front-of-the-house work schedule; maintains weekly linen supply; and coordinates and discusses any rental items for property.
Records any extra charges at catered events; reconciles final bill with the client and accepts payment for the event.

Cook

Now hiring for a part-time Prep Cook

Description: Job duties include:
Preparation of food production for Restaurant, Pub, and Banquets.
Preparing from scratch, soups, sauces, and mother sauces.
Will be doing some breakfast cooking.
Helping receive and put away groceries.
Assist Chef with banquets.

Skills required are as follows:
Have and understanding of cold food and hot food prep.
Catering and garnish knowledge required.
Must have good knife skills.

Need to be able to stay organized and multitasking is a must.

Full Time Night Auditor

Now hiring for a full time night auditor.

 

Must be able to work graveyard, holidays, and weekends. Duties include but not limited to balancing all daily transactions for hotel, restaurant, and pub, and checking in and out guests. Must be dependable and have excellent customer service skills. Previous audit experience preferred but not required.

Full time employees get paid vacation after 1 year and sick pay after 90 days of employment

Housekeeping

Now hiring for a housekeeping position.

Housekeeping position available at Rogue Regency Inn & Suites.

Must be detailed oriented, organized, reliable, and able to work holidays and weekends.

No previous experience necessary although previous hotel or customer service experience a plus.

Flexibility: All applicants must be willing to work weekends and holidays. Summer hours will be approximately 40 hours a week with decreasing hours in the Winter/Off Season.

Multi-tasking Ability: Applicant must be swilling to provide excellent customer service and go above and beyond to meet guest expectations.

Now hiring for a part time waitperson. Must be able to work all shifts including nights. weekends, and some holidays. Minimum of 1 year experience in upscale restaurant preferred. Looking for dependable, up beat person with excellent customer service skills. Must be able to multi-task and have attention to detail. Previous cash handling experience preferred.
